What to do if the confirmation email with the temporary code doesn't make it through your inbox

If you are trying to verify your email for the purpose of creating an account with Loula, you should receive an email in your inbox with a 5-digit code, which you need to enter in the application.

You will notice a 1-minute countdown begins after the first code is sent. This means that once the timer expires, you will be able to trigger the sending of a second code.

Now the timer gave way for a link to resend the code to your email, so tapping on "Resend OTP" will send another code to your inbox.
