To use Loula, you need a secure digital wallet linked to your business account. It only takes a few minutes to set up.

This wallet lets you:

  • Receive and send funds in USD, digital dollars (USDC) and Argentine Pesos (ARS)

  • Pay suppliers overseas faster

  • Add money via bank transfer or crypto

Loula does not control your wallet — you do. That means you are the only one who can access it. Let’s get you set up.

🔐 Step 1 – Create Your PIN

You’ll be asked to enter a 6-digit PIN code.
This is your security code, like a bank PIN.

You’ll use it when:

  • Sending money

  • Approving payments

✅ Choose a number that’s easy to remember
❌ Avoid simple combinations like 123456 or your birthdate

⚠️ Step 2 – Understand This Warning

Before moving forward, you’ll see a message:

If you forget your PIN and don’t have your backup, you will lose access to your wallet.

Loula cannot reset it for you.

Why? Because your wallet is fully private — not even Loula can access it.
Click “I understand” to continue.

🔁 Step 3 – Confirm Your PIN

Enter the same 6-digit PIN again to confirm.
Then click “Create Wallet.”

🔑 Step 4 – Save Your Recovery Phrase

You’ll now see 12 secret words. This is your Recovery Phrase.
It’s the only way to reset your PIN if you forget it.

You MUST save it now. Here’s how:

✅ Write it down on paper and store it in a safe place
✅ OR save it in a password manager like 1Password
📁 You can also download it as a file (recommended)

❌ Don’t screenshot it
❌ Don’t store it in plain text on your computer

!! If you lose this phrase, no one — not even Loula — can help recover your wallet.

✅ You’re All Set!

Your wallet is ready to use.

🔄 You can now:

  • Add money via bank or crypto

  • Pay suppliers in the U.S., China, Europe, or LatAm

  • Keep full control over your funds
