As part of your account setup, after you verify your identity, we ask you to set a 6 digit PIN code.

This is because you will be able to add funds via bank transfer, or crypto wallets using USDC on the Polygon chain.

Given that this built-in wallet is associated with your account, and you have the full custody of it, your PIN Code serves as the way to secure the funds and approve the usage of them. As a result, you will have to enter it when making transfers.

Here is how to set a PIN Code for the first time:

  1. After you verify your identity, you will see the following prompt to configure your wallet. Tap on "Set Up Your Wallet" in order to do so.

2. Use your device's keyboard to enter a 6-digit PIN Code. Make sure it is a number you can remember, yet elaborate enough to secure your funds.

3. We display this message to let you know that for your security, we cannot access or restore the PIN Code you set. As a result, if you forget it, you will lose access to the account.

Swipe to accept the warning and proceed to the next step.

4. Re-enter the PIN Code to make sure you are setting the intended one, and no mistakes were made in entering it the first time. After you type it, tap "Create Wallet".

5. You now have the details for your Wallet on the Polygon Network, you can copy the wallet address, which you will need later to send funds into your account.

Copy the wallet address, and tap "Continue" below this dialog in order to gain full access to your account.
