If you made a transfer to your Loula account, but the funds were returned, it is most likely because you transferred from a bank account that was not in your name.
This is particularly the case when transferring Argentinean Pesos (ARS) to your Loula account: you need to make sure you are sending from an account you own, otherwise the transfer will be rejected and your funds will be returned to the originating account.
